A vocational choice does not depend only on what we enjoy. It also involves understanding capabilities, values, expectations, opportunities and the stage of life at which the decision is made.

When it may be useful

Young people choosing their area of study in the 10th year who need to clarify their interests before deciding.

Students completing secondary education (12th year) who are considering higher education and are uncertain about which course or field to pursue.

Young adults who wish to reconsider their path, change area or define new professional goals.

People who feel undecided, unmotivated or insecure about their professional future and are looking for a structured space to organise that reflection.

Questions the process seeks to explore

The decision always remains with the person. Assessment and joint reflection serve to make that decision more informed.

Which areas of interest genuinely motivate me?

What are my recognised competencies and abilities?

What do I value in an academic or professional path?

What working contexts and environments do I prefer?

What academic possibilities exist and how can I access them?

Which professions or professional areas match my profile?

What are the possible alternatives and how can they be compared?

What criteria are most relevant to this particular decision?

Support for a decision, not an automatic answer

The final report integrates the information gathered throughout the sessions — interests, competencies, values, doubts and alternatives — and organises it in a way that is useful for supporting reflection and decision-making. It does not impose a course or profession, nor does it seek to replace the choice of the person receiving it.

The vocational guidance process creates conditions for a more informed decision, but the decision always belongs to the person making it. The report is delivered within 5 to 10 working days following the conclusion of the process.

We can begin by clarifying the situation and what you are trying to decide.
